Planning and coordinating logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items to ensure only authorized materials are stored or loaded.
2. Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of goods
3. Assist with daily and monthly updates of inventory stocks.
4. Handle reports of returned and defective stocks, accurately documenting and updating them.
5. Perform administrative tasks, including raising purchase requisitions (PR), updating loading schedules, maintaining routine housekeeping, and providing warehouse-related support.
6. Coordinate with vendors and inter-departmental teams to develop storage, loading, and retrieval systems that maximize material security.
7. Ensure warehouse staff following to company policies and procedures.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or direct report line.
Job Requirements
1. SPM or Diploma in Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, or Administration.
2. Experience in Warehouse Administration; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Computer literate and intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
4. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
5. Demonstrates good discipline and adaptability to change.
