A Vacancy at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will take a lead role in supporting and maintaining the following specific areas of service delivery:
• Social media, internal and external electronic communication and website management
• Young people's and parent/carer involvement activities, both virtual and face-to-face.
• Divisional engagement events, including the annual Conversations programme and seasonal events and activities.
They will also support the reporting functions within the team, including the provision of information to speciality and corporate governance groups, board and executive meetings and any other forums where live patient feedback may be discussed.
• Lead on management of social media and web content, working across the division where required in developing and scheduling content, including bespoke videos
• Support the running of the Youth Involvement Group alongside the Young Persons Involvement worker, ensuring an interesting and effective annual programme, based on the priorities of both young members and the Division
• Lead events as part of the #conversations programme including the annual staff awards, biannual Fancy Dress competition, Christmas activities and other engagement and involvement events as necessary.
