SCHOOLS LIAISON OFFICER: Social Media/Marketing Content Officer
FULL TIME, PERMANENTTERM TIME with an additional 10 working days.

Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (with a 45-minute lunch break) term time plus 10 working days. The key aim of a Schools Liaison Officer is to ensure that prospective students receive high-quality Information at events and assemblies and throughout the year, enabling prospective students to make an informed choice about their post 16 studies. This will involve working within the Schools’ Liaison Team to provide an innovative and proactive Admissions, Marketing and Schools’ Liaison service. The post holder will build, develop, and maintain effective partnerships with staff in schools, prospective students, their parents and guardians and stakeholders internal and external to the College. Skills, Knowledge and Experience • A working knowledge of X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• The ability to create and write engaging marketing materials/content.
• The role requires considerable previous experience in an administrative role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Generation and delivery of Technical Publication Documents to customers, potentially including Product Manuals, Repair Manuals, User Guides, Service Bulletins, CMM's, Service Letters, Temporary Revisions and Service Manuals
• Utilising technical drawings, sketches, engineering schematics, and other technical sources to create comprehensible and user-friendly content
• Work closely with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects product specifications and operational procedures
• Ensuring all technical documentation and equipment complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain documentation project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within set deadlines
• Continuously update and improve documentation in response to product modifications, customer feedback, and regulatory changes
• Use a variety of documentation tools and software to create professional-quality documents
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of the document management system

Key Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Technical Author, or similar role, preferably in a technical engineering and/or manufacturing environments. Previous experience of the Aerospace, Defence or integrated appliance industry sectors would be highly desirable
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Can translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of their diverse customers
• Proficient in the use of technical documentation tools and software
• CAD Skills would be advantageous, but not essential
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to the aerospace and or aviation industry sector would be highly beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Développer des lignes directrices et des recommandations SoMe pour les concessionnaires.
    Suivre les KPI, fournir des informations aux équipes créatives pour le développement futur du contenu.  

• Tâches principales et responsabilités :
  • Gérer le contenu publicitaire pour le réseau de concessionnaires
  • Diriger la production mensuelle de contenu publicitaire en fonction de l'activité du produit et des directives des médias locaux.
  • Coordonner l'ensemble du processus : brief de l'agence, suivi créatif, contrôle juridique, validations internes, livraison.

• Diriger la plateforme de mise à disposition des contenus en ligne pour les concessionnaires
  • S'assurer que la plateforme de contenu pour les concessionnaires est toujours à jour et que les assets de com sont livrés dans les délais.  
  • Fournir des informations mensuelles sur les téléchargements et l'utilisation des assets de com par le réseau afin de soutenir les futures recommandations de contenu.

• Soutenir l'équipe pour les présentations internes et les Newsletters mensuelles.

Background & Experience

• Master en Marketing/Communication. Une première expérience dans le marketing et/ou l'industrie automobile est un plus
• Excellentes compétences écrites en français
