As a UX Writer, you will be in charge of designing the communication throughout our digital products by collaborating with product management, engineering, and data teams. Responsibilities

• Work with product designers and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into a high quality design solution that drives great outcomes and impact.

• Advanced skills and knowledge in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in effective communication design, information architecture and hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Independence in navigating the end-to-end design process, from defining the design intent and problem scoping, exploring the alternatives of solutions, gathering necessary feedback for the proposed solution, handover to the development team, and tracking the performance of the released solutions.
• Experience in managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to form consensus across a broad, fast-moving organization through excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including: negotiation, constructive feedback, presentation, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, high ambiguity environment, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As an ambitious Senior Account Executive at Thrive PR you will play an important role on some of the agency's most prestigious and highest profile brands in the world along with a local portfolio of accounts. • Build, and continue to maintain quality relationships with your clients.
• Prepare and submit regular client reports and be able to actively pitch beyond product placement.

In this role you will work with some of the smartest PR & social consultants in the country while contributing to a small number of clients who respect and value the work we do. You are exceptional at proactive team communication, spontaneous with ideas, a solid writer and will invest time growing your local media network and leveraging the extensive community around Thrive. You love keeping your finger on the pulse with daily news, love researching and are flexing your muscle in media relations. You love the thrill of delivering high profile events with influencers and integrated social/digital and are curious to learn more about new business preparation within the agency. You will love ideating and learning how to dial up your creative skills and you will also have a genuine interest in protecting and building brand reputations.

The Senior Account Executive is a dynamic individual who exudes a passion for PR and a hunger for success. Working closely with your account team, you SAE will have some experience and exposure to the key sectors in which Thrive operates, along with a good understanding of the local market. You will participate in, and have some responsibility with regards to representing Thrive at industry events and other functions.

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an agency, media or inhouse communications role
