We have an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and operational management of cleaning sites across New South Wales as a Cleaning Services Manager, employed on a Full time basis. This position is based out of Sydney - our head office is based in Macquarie Park however this role will focus on sites from Northern Metropolitan Sydney up to the QLD border.
This challenging and exciting role will see you provide leadership to oversee the day to day operations of our New South Wales sites and maintain client relationships.
The Position:
Resolve customer complaints and employee concerns
Oversee day to day operations at the various sites
Manage and lead a dedicated cleaning team
Ensure employees adhere to health and safety practices
Perform administrative functions, including incident reporting
Requires self motivation and integrity to work autonomously
