Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery or hold at least 5 years of relevant Carpentry experience. You must have held (and still hold) a full UK Driving License for at least 2 years and be willing to drive and take home a company vehicle. It would also be preferable if you had previous experience working within a Social Housing or Property Maintenance background, although this is not essential.

Hartcliffe City Farm is looking for an energetic person to be its General Manager, leading day-to-day running of the site, overseeing a small team of dedicated people. The ideal candidate will have strong ties to Hartcliffe and be able to engage local people in actively supporting the farm. They will be able to manage people and budgets and have a good knowledge of running a public space – from minor repairs to legal compliance duties.

The role is one with lots of variety with a mix of hands-on and desk-based work. You could be feeding the animals or writing a funding bid, managing social media posts or liaising with community groups, all in the same day. If you are passionate about developing community space in Hartcliffe, and have the skills to lead a small team, we would love to hear from you.

Cleaner - Quilter Cheviot, BS1 6DZ.

We are looking for a cleaner interested in a Temporary role.

The role includes: Emptying bins, cleaning desks, vacuuming, mopping, toilets, touchpoint cleaning and all aspects of general cleaning.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

£10.90 per hour.

Pat Testers are needed in the South West for mobile roles for our client who is a large electrical compliance company

The job role is to carry out Pat Testing on various appliances at commercial sites

Candidates will need to be willing to work away from home when needed and to do some Weekend and Night works when needed (good rates and allowance is paid) and candidates must be reliable and trust worthy

It is essential that candidates have a drivers licence and reasonable ICT skills

Please note that this role can be a labour intensive role involving moving/lifting furniture and equipment, bending, kneeling under items of equipment to test and check cables/wires etc so there is a requirement to be physically fit

It is preferred that candidates have City & Guilds 2377, however this is NOT essential as full training will be given

Candidates are paid a minimum of £98.99 per day + a bonus scheme

A good Pat Tester working standard hours could expect to earn at least 30k, we have got Pat Testers earning a lot more who are putting lots of hours in and working weekends

Overtime will be available (if wanted) and our client supplies the following bonus scheme, Pension, Paid Holidays and Bank Holidays, Test Equipment, Van, Fuel card, Phone, , Uniform, PPE and Hotels booked (if on a contract working away) and evening meal and breakfast paid (if on a contract working away) and other benefits

Machine Cleaning Operative to join our team site based in Bristol, BS35 4GG.

Working 39 hours per week Monday - Thursday 6am - 3pm & Friday 6am - 11am.

Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including machine cleaning, deep cleans, ad-hoc tasks and assisting the on-site soft service team.

You will also:

• Ensure that machines are cleaned to the high standard
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
