Support the Implementation of Personal and Professional DevelopmentPlanning, curriculum, finance and research through: Collaborative working trust wide, contributing to the strategic planning and identification of opportunities to improve, learner experience, finance, governance, processes and systems. Working with the personnel who deliver those services Trust wide and within medical education, in some instances as line manager.

Professional responsibility(Governance, data, policy, regulation): Supporting the development and implementation of robust assurance systems and writing clear reports. Ensuring alignment to internal and external policies, contracts and guidelines as we seek to deliver an outstanding service. Role modelling own adherence to strategic priorities, values and compliance and maintaining your own professionalism.

We operate from three main hospitals-Furness General Hospital (FGH) in Barrow, the Royal Lancaster Infirmary (RLI), and Westmorland General Hospital (WGH) in Kendal, as well as a number of community healthcare premises including Millom Hospital and GP Practice, Queen Victoria Hospital in Morecambe, and Ulverston Community Health Centre.

FGH and the RLI have a range of General Hospital services, with full Emergency Departments, Critical/Coronary Care units and various Consultant-led services.

WGH provides a range of General Hospital services, together with an Urgent Treatment Centre, that can help with a range of non-life threatening conditions such as broken bones and minor illnesses.

All three main hospitals provide a range of planned care including outpatients, diagnostics, therapies, day case and inpatient surgery. In addition, a range of local outreach services and diagnostics are provided from community facilities across Morecambe Bay.

About the program
EACH is proud to be the Lead Agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Suicide Prevention (MHAODSP) program, a new initiative delivering comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care across the CCQ region (Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast). 

Collaborating with 9 partnering organisations, the aim of this service is to address service gaps by enhancing accessibility and integrating primary mental health care, AOD, psychosocial support, and early intervention and prevention through a multidisciplinary, person centred model of care. About the role
As General Manager, you'll be at the helm of this transformative program. You will lead a consortium of nine dynamic partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment towards our shared goals. Your responsibilities will span from strategic oversight and governance to operational excellence and stakeholder management. You'll oversee project planning, risk management, and financial stewardship, driving forward our commitment to high-quality, accessible care.

• Foster effective collaboration and alignment among partners
• Chair the Consortium Governance Group to uphold accountability and strategic direction
