We're looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

You'll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.

Immediate start available - Full time - Weekly Pay, holiday pay, Pension scheme - Starting on £13.00ph while in training
Full UK Drivers licence is a requirement for this role.
Must have cleaning experience be comfortable supporting or leading a team of employees, have people management experience, ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate work as necessary, work to tight deadlines, knowledge of health & Safety, follow expected standards and procedures for each individual site.
Will be required to work some night shifts - Hours are variable approx. 40+ per week
Will include working some weekends & Bank Holidays
Flexible approach to working hours, as required for a 24/7 operation, start & finish times vary - approx 5am day shift start time and approx 10pm start for night shift, we can't determine shift finish times as it can vary depending on the workload

The role will include internal cleaning/event cleaning, window cleaning, toilets etc. at Blackpool Tower, Town centre locations and across the Fylde
DBS and background checks will be required for suitable applicants
We are looking for people with good customer service skills, physically fit and in good health as this role can often be fast paced due to the quick turn around on event cleaning etc. this an active role where you will be hoovering/sweeping/mopping of large areas, cleaning public areas, toilets, all round general cleaning, event cleaning, window and external building cleaning.
Could be required to get to/from work safely out of public transport hours.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Assistant to the Deputy General Administration Manager in the Estates and Facilities Division.

The post holder will be responsible for the staff management and the co-ordination of a generic team to provide a professional front line service as well as ensuring confidential, accurate and efficient administration support. This will be achieved through the post holder ensuring high quality effective systems are in place to meet the demands of service users.

The successful applicant will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, with a half hour lunch break.
