The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity at this school near Purley, for an interactive Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, term-time-only, permanent position. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome learning challenges and maximise their potential in each and every lesson.
Key Responsibilities:

Support learning and teaching across the curriculum, particularly in their primary and secondary school.

Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver tailored learning activities for individuals, groups, or entire classes across all year groups.

Provide personalised learning support within their student-centered philosophy.

Motivate and guide students in developing their attributes, skills, and knowledge.

Foster positive and responsive relationships with students, addressing their unique needs.

Continuously monitor and assess student progress through various evaluation methods.

Offer objective and informative feedback and reports on student achievement.

Contribute to the broader educational vision and ethos.
You Will:

Have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role, or possess relevant life experience and a genuine enthusiasm for working with students aged 7+.

Acquire knowledge or demonstrate a willingness to learn about the National curriculum and additional support needs.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
