· To select, label, compound and dispense pharmaceutical products in accordance with a prescription by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complying with all legal requirements. · To ensure the safe and correct transfer of dispensed items to patients. · To identify medicine related problems or queries and bring these to the attention of the pharmacist. · To answer queries on the supply and availability of medicines, where it is within their competence. · To accurately maintain Patient Medication Records (PMR) to ensure patient safety and in accordance with data protection requirements. · To receive stock in accordance with SOPs · To ensure the safe and appropriate storage of medicines. · To assist with stock control and the maintenance of reasonable stock levels within the dispensary. · To respond to verbal and face-to-face queries of a routine pharmaceutical nature from patients or their representatives and to refer queries to the pharmacist when appropriate. · To liaise with other healthcare professionals to assist in the continuity of patient care across primary and secondary care. · To assist with service provision to care homes including the preparation of Monitored Dosage Systems. · To assist with the engagement of patients onto advanced services and assist with the provision of those services where appropriate. · To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical matters by complying with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. · To assist in providing pharmaceutical care to patients by carrying out reasonable duties as determined by the pharmacist.

My client is recruiting for a Trainee Field Technician who will be covering the local areas.

The Field Technicians will be trained to find water leaks on the underground water networks.

This role is working days 8:00AM-4:00PM

The Job:

• To assist in detailed surveys to identify the type and location of water leakage
• Assist repair gangs by providing leak detection services
• Assist in survey work/project work not normally associated with day-to-day leak detection
• To assist in adequate and accurate completion of all paperwork (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details and other duties as required
• Possess basic computer skills as you will be uploading data onto a Lap Top.
• It is essential that you hold a full and valid driving licence as you are required to drive for the role.

Full training will be given on the following:

• EUSR Water Hygiene Training
• Unit 2 Street Work

This role would suit candidates with the following:

• People with a manual working/outdoor background
