Search Consultancy is working with a well known client in Bishopbriggs to source an experienced manufacturing machine setter to join the production team. The business produces high spec plastic parts for their global client base.
This is a 3 shift working pattern and a permanent opportunity.

Role:
Set up moulding equipment for the production department.
Utilise hand-held power tools for equipment adjustments and maintenance.
Operate and set the moulding machines to ensure efficient production.
Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.
Maintain documentation and records related to equipment setup and production.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Injection Mould Setter or similar role.
Proficiency in using hand-held power tools.
Knowledge of injection moulding machines and processes.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 3-shift system.
