Responsibilities

Perform off/onsite equipment services such as installation, maintenance and optimization of equipment performance.
Ensure task assigned are completed within the time frame given and achieving the results to the customer satisfaction.
Ensure service and repair rendered are in accordance to standard set and highest quality expected.
Able to work independently and a team player whenever required.
Provide feedback on product quality and technical support function for continuous improvement.
Able to communicate efficiently and with good interpersonal skills. Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors and company personnel.
Provide necessary solution or advice to customer on technical issue and problem raised.
To report, update and keep proper records of all service and repair in accordance to the company standard documentation system.
Able to travel outstation and with valid driving licence.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in E&E, Mechatronic or related field
Various position, experience and fresh graduate candidates are encouraged to apply
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Experiences in utilities, IOT and automation industries an advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of relevant software and application
