Job Description
The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on the solution needs and after-sales needs.
The job will require providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast,and sales presentation.
Generate and review sales quotations,order processing and invoicing.
Review customer sales orders,proposals, purchase orders, andrelated information.
Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customersas required.
Generate price list for sales team,based on information from principals.
Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.
Effectively engage with externalcustomers, suppliers, financiers andinternal colleagues including shipping,finance, technical, service, sales andmarketing, as required.
Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry,retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Two years of relevant working experience in a manufacturingenvironment.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
Able to multi-task and work withminimal supervision.
