Connect Appointments are recruiting reliable individuals to join our Fife based client, as Confectionery Production Assistants, within their Lochgelly based food production facility.
What's on offer? Immediate starts, full training and progression opportunities; hourly pay at £10.60 (paid weekly), free baked goods in the canteen, and a rotational shift pattern of:
- Week One: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:18
- Week Two: Sunday to Thursday, 06:00 to 14:18
As a Confectionery Production Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Monitoring the standard of ingredients
- Measuring and weighing wet and dry ingredients
- Using mixers to blend the ingredients
- Hand decorating produced items
- Piping baked goods
- Packaging and arranging baked goods
- Conducting quality checks
To be successful within this food production position you will ideally have previous experience in a food production or similar environment. Combined with strong attention to detail; the ability to work with delicate objects; be an excellent team member, whilst also being able to work on your own and as part of the team.
