Responsibilities

· Responsible for creation/ modification/ improvement of work instructions based on feedback from stakeholder(s).

· Responsible for building on medical robot/ controller unit/ cart.

· Ensure production quality and consistency.

· Provide feedback to development team on product improvement base on production flow.

· Maintain production documents.

· Analyze production process and propose production improvement plan.

· Troubleshoot production discrepancy/ variance.

· Conduct in-process verification on modular and system level.

Competency Requirements

1. Collect and Collate production data for reports.

2. Update and Generate production reports.

3. Assist in production monthly stock take.

4. Oversee department's administration and document filing

5. Assist in production planning.

6. Assist HR in verifying and validating production manpower data (eg attendance, leave, staff OT, communication, PPE exchanges)

Requirements:

1. Diploma holder in any discipline

2. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

3. Familiar with MS Excel (Experience with Navision desired)

4. Comfortable interacting with blue collared workers

Job Scope :

1. Day-to-day warehouse operations.
2. Stock Count and verification of packing list.
3. Responsible for handling and organising incoming and outgoing shipments.
4. Packing and Label.
5. Loading/unloading of container.
6. Unload and unpack goods and items from delivery trucks or other transport vehicles.
7. Receive and process incoming goods such as stock and raw materials.
8. Ensure goods received in order and in good condition.
9. Any Ad hoc duties assigned.

Working Hours: 8am to 5.18pm (Mon to Fri)

Requirement:

- Know simple English.

- Preferably with class 3 and forklift licence.

- Able to carry heavy item.

- Having good physical stamina is required to perform duties safely and efficiently.

Gross Salary: S$1400

• Manage production schedules.
• Assist in scouting, managing and contacting talents required for production.
• Conduct location checks and suggest suitable locations for filming and recording.
• Assist Producer/ Director during filming or studio recordings.
• Book and coordinate production facilities.
• Fulfill administrative production processes.

• At least A' Levels or Diploma in Media Studies
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and public.
• Ability to work independently.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Malay for business purpose.
• Strong interest in television and media.
• Ability to manage talents and performers.
