We have invested in two more brand new CNC machines and we are looking to hire two CNC Turners to join our team. If you have experience of setting and operating CNC lathes and you're looking to join a modern, growing, precision engineering company producing advanced precision components for very exciting products which go on to make a real difference across the world, then we would love to hear from you.
About the job - CNC Turner Setter Operator
Working on the premises of a well-established precision engineering business, your skills and experience as a CNC Turner Setter Operator will be just what we’re looking for to fulfil one of these important roles in the manufacturing of high quality, premium precision engineered components which are supplied to customers across the globe.
This is no ordinary CNC Turner position.

Your duties as our new CNC Turner Setter Operator will include amongst other things
• Setting up and operating a CNC lathe
• Producing precision engineered component parts
• Checking the accuracy of your work against engineering drawings
• Keeping your area clean and tidy
• Plus any associated duties as required.
Reporting to your new manager, your job will see you producing precision engineered component parts mostly made from aluminium and stainless steel. You’ll join an already well established and supportive team where you’ll be welcomed and given all the support you need to settle in and to get up to speed in your new job. This is a very important role which will suit you if you take a pride in your work and you like to produce high quality products that you know will be put to good use. As you’re making them, you’ll know that the components you’re creating will go on to improve, and often even save someone's life.
Job Title: CNC Turner Setter Operator
Location: Tewkesbury
Essential requirement for this job: CNC Turning setting and operating experience
Working hours: 39 hours per week, twilight / night shift, four nights per week Monday to Thursday
Salary: as a guide, we’re looking to pay between £35,500 - £38,000, and please let us know your salary requirements and we will do our best for you. There is also lots of overtime available, paid at premium rates.
