Requiere buenas habilidades analíticas para filtrar, priorizar y validar material potencialmente complejo y dinámico de múltiples fuentes. Se requieren sólidas habilidades comunicativas y diplomáticas. Generalmente asume un rol informal/formal de liderazgo dentro de los equipos. Participa en la orientación y la capacitación de nuevos empleados. Genera un impacto significativo en relación con el tamaño del proyecto, la ubicación geográfica, etc. al influir en las decisiones mediante los consejos, el asesoramiento o facilitando servicios a otras personas en el área de especialización. El trabajo y desempeño de todos los equipos del área se ven directamente afectados por el desempeño de la persona.
Responsabilidades:
- Coordina actividades del equipo de proyecto, identifica recursos necesarios y desarrolla programas para cumplir con los plazos de entrega.
- Verifica el cumplimiento del equipo de proyecto con las implementaciones de control y riesgo y también cambios de proceso y normas.
- Determina el alcance y el impacto de los riesgos y problemas de proyecto; plantear y resolver problemas.
- Aplica una buena comprensión de los procedimientos y conceptos dentro de la propia área de liderazgo de proyecto de TI para resolver problemas.
- Demuestra una comprensión integral de cómo las áreas de liderazgo de proyecto de TI se integran de manera conjunta para contribuir a lograr los objetivos comerciales.
- Realiza juicios evaluativos en función del análisis de información objetiva en situaciones complicadas y únicas.
- Afecta de manera directa el área de liderazgo de proyecto de TI a través de la responsabilidad compartida de los resultados finales y contribución a la planificación, la administración de presupuesto y formulación de procedimientos; influye en la planificación de recursos.

Calificaciones:
- Experiencia de entre 5 y 8 años en un puesto de liderazgo de proyecto de TI con experiencia acorde en la administración de personal.
Educación:
- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente.
JOB MISSION
Perform the Project Manager role for Technology initiatives being responsible for the overall planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion within a Product setup environment that will have continues integration and continues delivery. This individual involved, from inception through implementation, in business projects/initiatives supported by technology tools, designed to enhance business performance and is in charge of project management methodology from the initiation, planning, control, execution, and closing phases of each project. End results may include improved productivity, improved technology, improved processes, and cost savings. These individuals will: (a) manage IT delivery of Products for various business areas; (b) coordinate activities of project teams, develops schedules to meet deadlines; (c) Manage risks and resolve issues; (d)ensure adherence to control and PM metrics: works with the business users on a day to day basis to ensure the technology platform is used at its maximum potential.
FUNCTIONS / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Delivery Manager will support and help in activities between teams in the league, facilitate and support the road map defined by Tech Owner and Business Owners needed to meet business objectives, manages risks and resolves issues, and ensures adherence to control and management metrics in alignment with Citi’s governance while ensuring the value delivery of the league.
Manage the execution of technology products being accountable for maintaining the delivery train within an Agile league. This practice should be carried out within agreed conditions and according to current methodology and aligned to best practices
Ensure SDLC adherence
Own the engagement and completion of organizational and league external processes, ensuring that the responsible teams fully adhere with governance requirements
Escalate to assigned portfolio manager issues related to league external process and impediments that affect the overall execution
Support Demand process for Release changes such as moves, holds, and cancel
Organizational Governance for Cross Product standalone initiatives (when applicable)
Manage Allocations in corresponding tool based on input of the Tech Owner team to assign the time and reflect actuals.
Support finance related activities / manage project expenses according to the league governance: IEP Management, understanding of assigned capacity (hours/budget), Financial plan, Forecast and actuals monitoring, etc.
Responsible to consolidate at product/project level the individual Implementation plans, components log and Minute by Minutes plans, etc.
Responsible to report the approval progress for the Change Records listed in the consolidated Implementation plan. Escalate with CR owner in case of rejection from any group.
Responsible to coordinate that required checkpoints are agreed and established with different cells on the Implementation Plan/Minute by Minute during project release window.
Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that the teams involved in the project participate actively in the process (identify, evaluate, define, and implement mitigation plans and communicate) and that escalation is conducted whenever necessary.
Keep project management tools up to date and aligned with methodology requirements to minimize information quality issues.
Requirements
6 to 10 Years of relevant experience highly desirable in the following key items:
• PMP, Discipline Agile Delivery (DAD), SAfe, or equivalent certification (Highly desirable)
• Experience managing complex projects (with a value between 1MM and 5MM USD)
• Strong Overall knowledge of software development methodologies (i.e., agile, waterfall using SDLC)
• Methodologies and tools (SDLC, Planview, OPPM, Demand Management, Release Management, Information Security, Testing Quality Assurance)
