The purpose of the role is to provide efficient business support to support internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to a range of business support services for one or more service areas.
Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders, resolving routine matters at the point of contact.

Prepare and provide documentation and information within guidelines.

This role is based at Jamaica Street Hostel in Bristol. This service provides emergency accommodation for customers aged 18+ who are experiencing homelessness, as part of Bristol City Council’s homelessness provision.

Customers may have complex needs such as substance misuse, addiction, homelessness, trauma and behavioural, physical and mental health needs.

Jamaica Street Hostel does not provide personal care to our customers. The priority in your role includes the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation, including our customers.

Working with people who have a range of needs, you could be doing any number of things. From supporting customers in conversations with calls from their GP, Social Services, or Benefits teams – to dealing with the emergency services including the Police and Ambulance, when the need arises.

You’ll log all incidents to make sure we have an accurate record of events. And when a customer leaves, you will clean and prepare their room, ready for the next occupant.

What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Planning Team. This role typically reports to the Head of Planning and will have contact with consultants, local planning authorities, stakeholders and local communities.

Network 4 Primary Care Network (PCN) is based in South Gloucestershire and comprises four general practices (Downend Health Group, Green Valleys Health, The Orchard Medical Centre, and Three Shires Medical Practice) and together serve a patient population of approximately 69,000. Primary Care Networks form a key building block to the NHS long term plan, enabling GP practices to work together at scale and provide greater proactive, personalised, coordinated, and more integrated health and social care for people close to home. The primary purpose of this role is to work dynamically across the PCN.
