RESPONSIBILITIES
A junior project assistant oversees different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of the clients.
· Project planning, risk management, and supporting of project coordination.
· Reporting on the schedule progress, project budget, spending and milestone.
· Schedule and take lead of meeting or scrum, recording meeting minutes and follow up.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
· Multitask, oversee several projects, time management, dependable, good communicator, and able to identify the gaps/issues and fix the gaps/issues.
· PMP certification is a plus.
· Knowledge of IT field is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree/Diploma holder in Business / Finance or related field;
· At least 4 years of experience in Project Management & proficient in MS Project;
· Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
· Sound communication and negotiation skills.
· Understanding of formal project management methodologies.
· Able to use project management software.
