Your new role
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Strategy & Marketing Manager to join the team. This role is crucial in driving their strategic initiatives and marketing efforts to expand their market presence and enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead the marketing team in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
To be successful you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business strategy and marketing management, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese or a strong understanding of the language is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £40,000 DOE, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in office and 2 days from home).
