We offer a range of fluid handling solutions across the biotech and industrial markets.
This role will focus on:
As a sales and planning coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling orders and demand planning. You will collaborate very closely with other teams and therefore will hold strong communication skills. Build strong relationships with sales offices to plan new and existing orders.
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Confirm new orders based on lead times and production capacity.
- Monitor production plan to ensure ship dates and targets are on track.
- Work closely with purchasing to review 3rd party lead times, ensuring components are delivered on schedule.
- Liaise with logistics team to transfer stock for production and shipping.
- Arrange PO's and requisitions ahead of Irradiation runs.
- Communicate with sales offices updates on ship dates for orders to provide customer focus.
- Collaborate with quality department to maintain high operational standards.
- Provide sales reports and other KPI updates for SLT.
- Reviewing BOM's and raising enquiries with engineers
- Dealing with Works orders, such as 'firming', 'paying in' and signing documentations ready for production.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Commercial experience in a similar role is advantageous although not essential
- Experience of administration - working with both internal and external customers
- Strong communication and team skills.
- Microsoft Proficient - with a focus on excel (data manipulation, pivot tables)
- Understanding or experience of ERP system and demand planning, advantageous.
