You Have:
Experience with U.S. Army wheeled or tracked combat vehicles
Experience with working in a manufacturing facility
Knowledge of DoD procedures and systems engineering processes
Knowledge of six sigma quality principals and how they are used
Ability to work as part of an integrated team, take the initiative, and be self-directed
Ability to lead projects and cross over into areas other than engineering to help accomplish the mission
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Foreign Military Sales programs and program management
Ability to lead multifunctional teams
Master’s in Engineering or Business
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
ASQ or an equivalent Six Sigma Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
