• Handle security related issues at deployment sites.
• Managing and reviewing security procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Leading and Instiling operational discipline to a team of security officers, including patrol officers and
command centre operators.
• Conduct recruitment interview for security officers
• Planning and monitoring the manpower schedule, and covering for absences
• Conduct on - the - Job training according to specified duties required by clients
• Provide support for Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues
• Conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures
• Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up
with clients to get feedback on regular basis
• Carry out investigations, preparing after-action reviews, and ensuring that security breaches are addressed
promptly
• Provide timely updates and preparation of operational reports
• Possess IT and Security Systems Skills such as email on smartphones, CCTV handling/operations, etc
• Responding to client complaints, feedback, and inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• At least 3 years of working experience in the Security Management related industry.
• Able to work independently
• Expects irregular hours
• Fluent in spoken & written English
• Excellent communication skills and a "people" person
• Class 2B or Class 3 driving license
• Own vehicle.
