We have a new opportunity for a Third-Party Information Security Manager to join us. You’ll deliver business enabling third party security management services across AXA UK operating companies in an effective, timely and consistent manner.

What you’ll be doing:


Agreeing and maintaining the third-party security functional plan
Assessing the criticality and priority of third-party supplier assessment across the AXA UK and Ireland business footprint
Overseeing the timely provision of supplier due diligence support prior to establishing a master service agreement and signing contracts
Tracking and reporting the progress of all AXA UK and Ireland third-party assessments
Aligning and optimising the approach and procedures used to assess third-parties across the AXA UK business footprint
Engaging with subject matter experts in the wider UK Security Function and Group Technology Operations
Participating in development, training and succession planning to raise capability and performance of the third-party security team and wider UK security team
Ensuring all third-party security consultancy, recommendations and advice provided to third parties and AXA stakeholders meet requirements

As the Security Governance Analyst, you’ll drive the delivery of security governance, reporting and oversight activities to deliver on business security services across AXA UK and Ireland.

What you’ll be doing:

Deliver the governance and assurance plan with the Security Governance and Assurance Manager
Gather data and organise input to the monthly Security Steering Group
Co-ordinate the Security Steering Group deck for the monthly meeting and ensure outputs, minutes and actions are delivered in a timely manner
Review, maintain and approve the security policies in line with Group Policy, UKandI specific requirements and regulatory instructions
Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the focus groups to ensure UKandI are focused on things which matter
Support the oversight and governance aspects of the Cognizant delivery
