CACI seeks a talented Lead DevSecOps Engineer to join our EW-ISR group, within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector. We're hiring engineers to establish multiple new agile teams, to perform cutting edge work - build a CI/CD pipeline to update vehicles’ software in the middle of the ocean, submersed, or airborne. We are going to modernize and revolutionize Navy software delivery.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a DevSecOps Technical Lead with CACI, you will have the opportunity to foster a pattern of continuous improvement within our organization. You will lead a team of highly dedicated and collaborative engineers focused on delivering mission capabilities. You will work with the team to solve tough problems, design industry leading solutions, and develop new capabilities all in support of our national defense. You will lead a team to modernize software integration practices by translating existing on-premises, manual deployments to DevSecOps pipelines in AWS Gov Cloud. You will provide design and integration feedback for software production/approval process and deployment into container orchestration solutions.
More About the Role:
- Actively plans and manages technical, cost and schedule performance in partnership with cognizant engineering leads.
- Provide IPT leadership to the Data Management team managing scope, schedule, cost
- Support agile scrum team(s)
- Integration, Assembly, Check-Out and Test Software Assures teams and subcontractors perform to approved technical and management baselines. Meets delivery commitments, including data and intermediate milestones. Control change.
- Assures all internal teams have and properly manage the resources needed to achieve assigned objective, to include personnel, IT, facilities, etc.
- Works with assigned Subcontracts Managers to manage one or more subcontractors, including major subcontractors
- Ensures subcontracts have been properly negotiated, documented and in place prior to any work being conducted.
- Ensures subcontractors maintain proper focus and priority on their subcontract.
- Ensures obligations to the Subcontractors are met
- Resolves performance issues Ensures the subcontractor's cost and schedule baselines are integrated seamlessly into the overall program baseline and satisfy contractual requirements.
- Identifies and manages technical, cost and schedule risk.
- Ensures hardware and software purchases required by the program meet schedule, cost and technical.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Must be US Citizen and have a Secret clearance, and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and escalate issues and roadblocks
- Experience in estimating cost and managing project/program financial performance
- Experience planning contract requirements using project work packages and schedule tasks.
- Experience directing and implementing plans and presenting formal project status/plan briefings to Government managers.
- Understanding of configuration management
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
- Experience working on a program using a DoD Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Experience working on Electronic Warfare and SIGINT systems
- Experience working with multiple subcontractors
- Knowledgeable in data management disciplines including building data stores, data lakes, designing message pipelines
- Knowledgeable in data analytics and knowledge stores for enriched mission data
- Knowledgeable on existing CACI baseline data management products
- Experience working with a Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Passion for automation and continual learning
- Experience managing CI/CD toolchains
- Experience with git, branching patterns and general version control best practices
- Software development experience
- Strong background with Linux Systems (RedHat/ and CentOS)
- Identity and Access Management (SAML, OIDC)
- Infrastructure Automation via Terraform
- Active TS/SCI clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$104,200-$229,200
