As we expand our platform and services, we seek a visionary CTO to lead our technical innovation and growth.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with deep expertise in blockchain technology, and a strong background in project and product management. The CTO will drive the technological direction of our company, oversee the development of innovative blockchain-based solutions, and manage the full lifecycle of our tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with the company’s mission and business goals.
• Blockchain Leadership: Lead blockchain initiatives, including the development of smart contracts using Solidity, and ensure the integration of blockchain technology into our gold and silver trading platform.
• Product Development: Oversee the development, deployment, and management of tech products, ensuring they meet high standards of security, scalability and performance.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing tech team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to developers, engineers, and product managers.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tech projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, COO, and other stakeholders to ensure tech solutions meet business needs.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that all products adhere to industry best practices for security, particularly in blockchain and financial technologies, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the latest technology trends, especially in blockchain, DeFi, and the intersection of physical and digital asset management, proposing innovations that can drive the business forward.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, particularly Solidity and smart contract development.
• Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and scaling blockchain solutions, preferably in the financial or asset management sector.
• Strong background in project and product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex tech projects.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, digital wallets, and tokenization of physical assets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the gold, silver, or precious metals industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with DeFi applications or in the tokenization of physical assets.
• Knowledge of cryptographic protocols and security best practices in blockchain.
• Experience with financial compliance and working within highly regulated industries.
