Our Dental Network Provider Recruitment department is seeking a motivated Network Recruiter who will be responsible for developing stable provider network and facilitate key recruitment processes which will enable broad member access. In an assigned territory, you’ll source individuals and provider groups from diverse places of service, including general and specialist offices, university medical centers, state and federally funded healthcare facilities, medical conferences, and other unique ways. In addition, you’ll also educate providers and office staff on insurance plans, fees, and administrative plan requirements.
Our chosen candidate will understand that a strategic approach is crucial for success; someone who understands that targeted marketing, telephone and video campaigns along with other creative ways of reaching decision makers are critical for network expansion.
- Plan and execute daily recruitment call schedules and approaches.
- Use network adequacy data to identify gaps in existing networks and recruit providers to remain competitive and compliant with state and federal regulations.
- Complete and maintain recruitment tracking reports.
- Facilitate credentialing intakes.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience that directly relates to the essential job functions also required.
- Two (2+) years of demonstrated experience in a Dental office, Dental Organization or similar field required.
- Competence in provider contracts and fee schedule components - from both providers’ and payers’ perspectives - and the impact of proposed changes.
- Capability to travel 10% or more, as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication with both providers, their office staff and within internal Avesis departments.
- Ability to analyze data and package results in easy-to-understand formats to express results succinctly.
- Proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel), and an exposure to different industry software’s to implement recruitment efforts is highly desirable.
- Ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt
Hourly Range: $55,790 - $87,230
