The role reports to the Lead Building Safety Managers. You will work in close collaboration with Assistant Building Safety Managers, Building Safety Managers, Head of Service, and Director of Building Compliance, alongside the Strategic Building Safety Team.

The Technical Coordinator will provide relevant technical administrative and coordination support to the Operational Building Safety Team (for the Northwest, London and Southeast). Delivering and supporting the Building Safety Managers and Assistant Building Safety Managers with the initial information gathering for creation of the Building Safety Case Reports.

The Technical Coordinator will ensure any queries and actions arising from other teams, building inspections, the Building Safety Case Report process are raised and tracked appropriately and concluded in a timely manner. Ensuring H&S, regulatory & governance compliance for areas under the job holder’s control are actioned. You will also support the team in various areas of compliance, as well as assisting in ad-hoc projects and occasional review meetings. Participate in developing policies and procedures on building safety related works.

The Technical Coordinator will contribute to the identification of risks as part of overall risks highlighted in building safety inspections and building safety case reports. You will support the Building Safety Managers and Assistant Building Safety Managers in managing these risks and raising actions in accordance with the risk rating.

You will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

· Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Process Engineering;

· Minimum 5 years working experience in machine and vision software programming;

The Futures and Derivative Clearing Technology group in Citigroup is dynamic and fast-paced and allows low latency, high performance, straight-through-processing of exchange traded derivatives. Futures and Derivative Clearing Technology platform handles trade allocations and clearing of Futures and Options with clearing houses across the globe.

We are looking for a developer for the Singapore team who would be working with other developers across the globe to deliver on the Futures Clearing Book items related to margin payment automation and fees and commissions automation flows

The overall objective of this role is to develop cutting-edge, best-in-class solutions to solve business challenges and implement enhancements related to futures clearing, build reusable libraries and components and ensure that the platform stays current and modern with evolving technologies. We are looking for developers who are exceptionally strong and hands-on with the technical stack, passionate about engineering excellence, possess demonstrated experience in building cohesive, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test resilient, stateless, scalable, and reusable services and APIs utilizing latest frameworks and libraries while adhering to development standards.
• Develop reusable software components in a microservices cloud-native architecture.
• Develop high-performing Angular screens utilizing latest in-house frameworks and libraries with an emphasis on design patterns, reusability, code quality and secure coding practices.
• Implement automated build, test and deployment pipelines utilizing latest DevOps tools available at Citi.
• Partner with QA engineers to drive test automation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reusable, shared libraries, and components.

Required Skills

• Sound technical background with a passion to explore emerging technologies.
• Experience designing and developing cloud native applications with a microservices architecture running on Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes platform
• Application development experience using Java, Spring, SQL, REST APIs, Kafka/ IBM MQ, CI/CD tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Tekton, Harness
• Experience developing web applications in JavaScript, Angular, HTML and CSS.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum work environment and managing stakeholders in a global and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, inter-personal and problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and a can-do attitude.
