Office of Population Health (OPH) aims to improve health outcomes of women & children population in Singapore through engagements with multi-sector partners to create mindshare, as well as to develop, implement, evaluate and mainstream health promotion, disease prevention, early detection and intervention programs. The Programme Manager directly reports to AD OPH on the progress of assigned population health programs. He/She is also responsible to Programme Leads of assignedPopulation Health programmes to coordinate and support programme development, implementation, as well as scaling and mainstreaming where applicable.
The key role of the Programme Manager is to oversee all administrative, operations, financial and support all essential functions of the Programme effectively and efficiently.

KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
The position is based at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), the team is looking for pathologists with subspecialty interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology, cytology or any combination of the aforementioned areas. You should be a qualified and experienced medical specialist with relevant qualifications that are registrable with the Singapore Medical Council, and have a specialist qualification in gynaecologic and/or breast pathology or have had a distinguished career as a gynaecoogical and breast pathologist that can be recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board.
Also, you should have at least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal and have competent clinical skills with the ability to make sound and independent decisions.

About the unit
This is a 35 bed Emergency Center and Level II Trauma Center. Our Emergency Center services a diverse patient population from both Oakland and Wayne County. Our physical plant includes a 3 bed trauma room, fast track area (Express Care), 2 psychiatric rooms, 2 isolation rooms and an RN Greeter location that initiates a split flow type of patient rooming process. The Emergency Center is staffed by ER Physicians, Residents, Registered Nurses (1:4 ratio), Emergency Technicians, Unit Secretaries, and Emergency Service Associates.

Scope of work
Under supervision of the professional registered nurse and in accordance with competencies established, supports the provision of nursing care by performing patient care tasks as delegated within the Emergency Department. Performs routine bedside nursing activities including ambulating, moving and turning patients, assisting patients with bedpans or urinary devices, making patient beds. Responsible for bagging and labeling all patient belongings and completing the patient property record on all admitted patients. Performs higher level of patient care tasks as prescribed by established competencies, and as delegated by the supervising professional Registered Nurse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures which includes starting saline locks, simple suture removal (excluding face or complex lacerations) splinting, phlebotomy which includes (children draws over the age of 2), vital sign measurement, records intake and output and restraint application.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Performs quality Mammography exams after verification of patient identification, physician order and correct exam charge in EPIC. Demonstrates ability to proficiently operate Mammography imaging equipment. Obtain the highest quality images by using the appropriate techniques for patient positioning for screening, tomography, and diagnostic exams, and invasive mammography procedures. Monitors patients during procedures to ensure patient safety. Maintains and pursues professional development per ARRT requirements. Knowledge with hospital computer site software systems for charging, viewing schedules and PACS for sending information both accurately and efficiently. Effectively communicates on an inter/intra – departmental level with administrative, medical staff, and peers. Clean and restock exam rooms, storerooms, and monitor department cleanliness.
