Salary: £24,431.87 - £25,743.78 pro rata per annum

This is a 38 week post, working hours will be during school term only, the salary will be pro-rated accordingly. Please note the salary advertised is full time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year).

Role Purpose
Manage the Unit and ensure that the specified service delivery is met. Ensure cost effectiveness within the Unit. Manage staff and ensure that all Health and Safety and appropriate legislation are complied with.
Ensure that all required administrative information is completed and passed to the appropriate location.
Cover kitchens across the Scottish Borders. Note that a vehicle will be provided for this role.
Essential
City and Guilds 706/2 or SVQ II Food Preparation & Cooking
Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate
A current driving licence, however please note this post comes with access to a vehicle for carrying out the role.
