We are currently seeking a highly motivated recruitment consultant looking for their next career challenge with previous experience across blue collar industries including (i.e. Mining, Construction, Manufacturing). About the Role This role is a key part of a successful and close-knit team, working closely with existing clients and accounts to maintain their business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing end-to-end recruitment process by placing 'the best' candidates
Managing key accounts
Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and commitment to candidate care
Ability to build rapport with established clients and enhance relationships to develop new opportunities
Providing outstanding customer service
