Leading and executing global talent acquisition service delivery for Tesco Business Solutions, Group Technology & Central European market hiring, delivered through outstanding candidate experience and operational excellence.
In this job, I am accountable for:
Strategic business partnering with leadership teams and stakeholders to understand future talent needs, identify the right hiring strategy and attract the best and diverse talent to deliver our business objectives.

- Standing over the internal quality, reporting and audit requirements for the complete Recruitment function including the effective management of risk and business continuity - Having a growth mindset
- embracing change and technology in order to transform the Group Talent Acquisition operating model for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
- Collaborating with partners and stakeholders across Employer Brand, Technology, People Services, in-market teams, Group People operating model, Finance, and others to deliver core metrics of cost, time, quality and diversity of hires.
The role is based in Bengaluru, however travel to Central Europe will be required as part of the role.

- Leadership and line management responsibility for TBS, Technology & Central Europe in-market TA teams
- Ownership of TA SLA's and KPI's
- Management of budget lines attributed to TA Delivery for TBS, Technology & Central Europe
