Job Description
- Responsible for the Management of the Service in accordance to the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001
- Display necessary skills & knowledge to be a fit person to meet the SSSC & Registered Manager requirements for the Care Inspectorate
- Management responsibility across a large and diverse service user group to promote consistently high levels of operational service delivery
- Oversee approximately 40 members of staff
- Target Resources to priorities as defined by Council

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council.
