Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, communicating with clients, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Growth:
You'll play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base within the assigned territory. Utilize your sales expertise, networking skills, and market knowledge to generate leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities.
Client Relationships:
Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders is crucial. Understand their unique needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Targets:
Set ambitious sales targets, and your responsibility will be to not only meet them but to exceed expectations. Monitor your sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive steps to achieve outstanding results.
Product Presentations:
Showcase the value and benefits of the products and services through compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Your ability to articulate the unique selling points will be instrumental in driving sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 4 – 6 years of relevant sales experience.
- Preferably from the construction, architecture, interior design, and manufacturing industry, with experience in dealing with real estate developers, architects, and designers as clients.
- Experience with modular cabinets is highly advantageous.
- Experience in utilizing Microsoft Office application and Google Suite is preferred.
- With experience in consultative selling and client acquisition
- Effective communication and negotiation skills are paramount to excel in this position.
