Job Summary:

As an SAP-HR Functional Analyst, you will be part of our IT functional team, supporting and enhancing our SAP HR system to meet the business's evolving needs. You will receive training and exposure to SAP HR functionalities, focusing on testing, troubleshooting, and creating training materials. System Investigation and Troubleshooting: Assist in investigating and diagnosing reported issues within the SAP HR system. Shadow team members to understand the process of problem identification, impact assessment, and solutioning.

System Change Implementation: Participate in the project's Change Request (CR) process for SAP HR system modifications. Learn how to implement, document, and test changes under supervision. Qualifications and Skills Required
