Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR project manager located in Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the Director, HR Global Business Services, HR Project Manager role involves being in charge of planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinates projects of various degrees of complexity from design and development to production
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues
- Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Conduct presentations of technical information
- Support the implementation of Workforce Planning initiatives in Flex WW
- Support the deployment of WD Position Management in Flex
- Support the deployment of WD Adaptive Planning in Flex
- Support cost savings strategies across the organization
- Work closely with IT on HR initiatives from design to implementation
- Work closely with Operations and Finance on identifying areas of opportunity for improved HR processes
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Good oral and written English
- Flexibility to support projects in Europa and Asia
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience in supporting HR Operations
- Experience in multiple HR processes Workday
- Experience handling complex projects with multiple functional areas such as HR, Operations and Finance
