- You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across all domains, including tech and non-tech, at various levels.

Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs.
Coordinate training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Familiarity with tech and non-tech hiring
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in hiring for a start-up
