• Strong network of cardiologists.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present scientific content to varied audiences, proficient in English, and knowledgeable in clinical research, medical device development, and national guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, both domestically and internationally.

They are relatively new to Asia and have been ramping up their clinical presence across the region and are looking for somebody to support their ongoing work.

This work is currently done by their Regional Head but they have too much on their plate so need somebody to take responsibility for everything medical with their clinical trials. This role is a great opportunity to work with an experienced leader in the space, work on multiple trials across the region and work with a really promising pipeline.

The Associate Medical Director will:

Performs direct and indirect technical tasks for patients before, during, and after surgical interventions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiates changes to physician preference list and assures that team members are aware of changes. (25%)
• Maintains the inventory for the service area assigned. (20%)
• Performs sponge, needle, and instrument count. (15%)
• Orients new team members to assigned service area. Directs the work of lower level surgical technicians. (15%)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• One year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Surgical Technologist (ST) hired after 12/29/2020 must:
  • Successfully complete a Surgical Technologist program sponsored by an entity holding nationally recognized institutional or programmatic accreditation and maintain a surgical technologist certification from an accredited certification program (including military completed programs). Nationally recognized surgical technologist certification required within 6 months of completion of Surgical Technologist program. -OR-
  • Be employed to practice surgical technology by the health care facility on or before December 29, 2020 -OR-

· Works as part of a team to generate and manage outbound organic and inorganic business development outreach – may also be responsible for managing inbound non-proactive opportunities.

Business Development Administration

· Responsible to document all activities in CRM system for management view and oversight.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Bachelor's degree with at least 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry in a training, sales, marketing, commercial operations and / or BD capacity preferred.

o 10+ years on the client or service side or 5+ years in a selling capacity selling to pharmaceutical industry sales /marketing or operations decision makers preferred.

o Healthcare products sales and / or devices sales experience will be viewed as a plus.

o Graduate or terminal degree will be viewed as a plus.

· Strong interpersonal skills and very strong platform skills.

· Capable of thinking strategically and tactically both short and long term relative to customer and industry.

· A demonstrated network of industry contacts and a track record of closing business partnerships / deals. Demonstration of her/his network maybe required prior to employment.

Position: Associate Director, Pricing Strategy

Summary:

Plays a key role in shaping the objectives of the pricing organization, charged with developing new and innovative pricing models to support the business. Collects and interprets multiple types of financial and operational data to support the Company’s pricing strategy across portfolio of new business. Builds detailed financial models that leverage internal systems to support the operational business units and executive management in pricing and partnership decisions.

Essential Functions:

1. Collaborates with Business Development, Proposals, and Therapeutic Business Units to develop tailored pricing solutions for key customers.

2. Develops presentations that clearly articulate strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

3. Develops high quality projections models that incorporate complex financial and operational data to support pricing strategy and decision making.

4. Produces high quality reporting and analysis to management, as well as ad hoc analyses and reports as directed.

5. Tracks CRO industry trends to ensure the Company is positioned as the leader in developing and executing innovative partnerships.

6. Analyzes strategic partnership opportunities with potential clinical development partners as well as ad-hoc partnership opportunities with other partners including service providers and research institutions.

Qualifications:
