What you'll be doing...
Nuffield Health have a number of large programmes across all areas of the business. As a Hospital Change Manager, you'll have responsibility for all elements of the change journey associated with the implementation of programmes into our hospitals and, at times, wellbeing centres. Although reporting into a Hospital Director, this role will work seamlessly with the Central Operations Team who will be directing the day-to-day change initiatives.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Engaging with senior programme and Hospital stakeholders and supporting all hospital staff and consultants to understand and learn new ways of working, related to the use of new systems or processes. This includes related business and clinical processes and workflows.
The successful delivery of training for all staff, consultants and other partners.
· Tracking of outcomes and evaluation of the programme. Making the necessary adjustments.
· Embedding of any change initiatives into the site
· Working across multi sites (2 or 3 Hospitals)
You will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Working as part of the hospital team, and the change programme teams you will implement and embed any change programmes within our hospitals and, at times, Wellbeing Centres. You will work closely with Central Operations and other Hospital Change Managers to enable continuous learning and improvement to deliver change management related activities, including impact assessments, engagement, training, readiness assessments across defined user groups to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes into all Nuffield hospitals.
