There is an opportunity for a Medical Customer Engagement, Medical Capabilities, Associate Director to join their team on a 12-month rolling contract.

Your new role
As a highly motivated individual, you will ensure the provision of a customer focused Medical Information (MI) service to HCPs and patients across major Markets, aligned with the Scientific Communications and Engagement (SCE) team by:- Contributing to the strategy and execution of Medical Information processes, standards and services, including a relationship with the Medical Contact Partner (MCP).- Collaborating within matrix teams at a Worldwide (WW) and Market level performing Medical Information activities that meet local regulatory/cultural requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
* Be a pharmacist, physician, or life science graduate
* Have experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry including Medical Information and the ability to demonstrate expert knowledge of Medical Information function, activities, and processes.
* Have proficiency with systems (e.g., Salesforce), processes, products, and customer relations skills
* Have strong organisational skills with the ability to problem-solve and develop solutions whilst working across the matrix to provide an excellent Medical Information service to respond to customer enquiries.
* The ability to critically evaluate scientific data as well as retrieve and evaluate information from multiple sources for preparing MI responses.
* Excellent understanding of specific regulations, guidelines, and the practice of medicine as it is pertinent to Medical Information.
* Able to collaborate to efficiently align resources, simplify processes and identify opportunities for enhanced customer experience.
* Ability to establish effective and productive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
* Ability to critically analyse performance against quality measures, metrics, and process. Able to develop and implement appropriate actions in response to outcomes.
* Initiative to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions that optimise process and utilise technology.
* Prior experience managing and leading internal Medical Information Contact Channel or Outsourced Medical Information Partners in a global, highly matrixed organisation.
