2.Assisting on the efficient running of the day to day bar operations
3.Providing friendly and excellent service to all guests at the establishment
4.Ensuring appropriate handling of all equipment and supplies within his/her area
5.Assisting in preparation for business hours and table set up
6.Assisting the outlet Managers in the daily beverage operations and ensure the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards
7.Managing the beverage stocks and inventories
8.Maintaining a good housekeeping regime and report any defects in furniture, fixtures and equipment
9.Participating and conducting knowledge and skills training, briefings and team meetings
10.Developing action plans to achieve desired financial targets and increase customer loyalty.
At least 3 years’ experience holding a managerial level position
Strong cocktail knowledge and experience developing cocktail menus
Strong spirits knowledge
Skillful at communicating with guests and providing excellent customer service
Ability to engage in conversations in professional and friendly manner
A well-groomed and professional appearance
Good command of spoken English
Outgoing and service orientated
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Relevant work experience in a high-volume bar
