The award winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist. This contract is full-time covering all seven days of the week.

Our ideal candidate is already qualified with an HND in Beauty Therapy or similar and you will ideally have sampled some work experience in this field of work.

You will be offered extensive training; we work with top product ranges including ESPA and Temple Spa. You will be required to take on board the holistic ambience projected in the spa.

You will have day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas and assist with demonstrations/events as required. You will also have daily responsibility of your retail sales, treatments and up selling.

You will also supervise and conduct the safety of users and equipment and receive training to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored.

As a Chef at Sodexo in Ellens Glen House, EH16 6FF, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will have a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow as a culinary professional. What you’ll do:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised

What you bring:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent at least 2 years plus working as a chef
