> Ensuring for daily cleanliness of washing area and whole premises
> Ensuring for preparation of produciton required on daily basic
> Assisting in daily preparation and production of products according to Company’s standards in presentation and quality
> Ensure that all raw & finished goods adhere to quality, hygiene and food safety.
> Maintain and enforce cleanliness standards and complain to Food Safety Program and
SFA regulations.
> Able to communicate and work well with team members
> Monitor inventory and ensure available stocks.
> Minimise wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items.
> Assisting to Chef with operational needs and organise production in daily basic.
> Excellent organisational skills, team player and able to work on weekends and public
holidays.
> Conduct ad hoc duties as required.
