About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef to join Facilities Management
We are seeking to recruit a Chef to work in our University catering outlets and support on-campus events. Joining a positive and friendly team in a fast-moving kitchen environment you will support the delivery of high-quality catering to University students, staff and visitors and support commercial hospitality to campus based conferences and events.

About You
As Chef, you will:
Have previous experience in a fast-moving kitchen environment ideally within a contract catering or a la carte establishment.
Have experience of working with a HACCP or Safer Food Better Business Procedure and good knowledge of working with allergens.
Be able to plan effectively (e.g., menu planning skills).
Have good knowledge of standards and best practice within the catering sector maintaining the highest standards of food production and service.
Be a positive team worker with the ability to work independently on your own initiative, and to set deadlines and standards.
