It helps stream-oriented teams to accelerate the delivery of solutions to Airlines, Travel Agencies, Hospitality, Mobility, Rail, Airports and virtually any player in the Travel Industry.
The platform offers a vast catalogue of technology solutions designed to run a hybrid cloud model.
Platform Teams do effective product management to ensure the vision, consolidated in continuously evolving roadmaps, is fully aligned with the needs of existing users, and anticipates future requirements. Building a solid model of the total cost of ownership, monitor user satisfaction (NPS), gathering usability metrics and, in general, design, track and visualize success through metrics are key to operate a successful service.
In this internship, the candidate will support an agile team with end-to-end responsibility in one or several platform products in modeling cost, usability, and operability of the product through metrics and to take strategic decisions with quantitative analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Propose and align the right strategy to model, track and visualize usability of features.
Propose and align the right strategy to model, track and visualize the costs so that it can be traced back to users, user actions, tenants, or whichever level of granularity is necessary.
Propose and align the right strategy to measure, track and visualize the NPS of several products.
Enable decisions based on data and quantitative analysis.
What you need to join:
Be enrolled in or a graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in Business Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering
Keen interest in business analysis and product management
Keen interest in quantitative modeling
Preferred experience in Product Management and/or FinOps and/or Quantitative Analysis
