Other responsibilitieswillinclude: Undertakingnursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions. Advisingfamilies of residents andGPsof any changes in condition, which gives rise to concern and keeps them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care. Responsibilityfor the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the period of duty and residents receive required care. Providing high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning. Our ideal candidatemust: Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration. Demonstrate a minimum 2years experienceand up to date knowledge of care,supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification. Supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities as directed. Supporting establishing links with the local community (e.g., schools, spiritual groups, museums/libraries) to encourage access to the wider community and promote intergenerational activity.
