Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a mortgage administration role within a financial services environment.
• Solid understanding of the UK mortgage market, including different types of mortgage products (fixed-rate, tracker, buy-to-let, remortgage, etc.).
• Experience liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients throughout the mortgage application process.
• Proficiency with mortgage-related CRM systems and lender platforms.
• Experience in maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and data protection standards.

Technical Skills:

Job Description

• Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting the Account Manager to manage their businesses and achieve their ambitious financial targets.

As a PCN Clinical pharmacist you will have an exciting opportunity to develop these new roles in practices and work within a team of clinical pharmacists supported by mentoring and supervision from a senior experienced clinical pharmacist and a GP supervisor.

You will work as an integral member of the Team whilst having responsibility for a designated caseload. The post holder will be expected to positively represent the needs and rights of people with learning disabilities, tackling inequalities in health, and improving access to identified services in the statutory and 3rd sectors

You will be a very experienced OT who is able to utilize a full range of standardized (and bespoke) OT and other assessments in your clinical practice and have advanced skills in being able to devise complex formulations as a result.

The post holder will be expected to work with people with a range of presenting needs including complex care, autism, mental health and behaviours of concern. You will undertake specialist assessments and have a sound understanding of risk assessments and strategies. You will need excellent communication skills between disciplines and across organizations.

You will deliver high quality occupational therapy that is sensitive too and meets the needs of a diverse population group and be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and wider MDT discussion/process as required. You will also work jointly with peers from other clinical disciplines in meeting the holistic needs of people.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and suitably experienced Administrator to work within the Integrated Community Response Service who can remain calm in often busy and demanding situations. This role will enable you to consolidate your existing skills and develop new ones, alongside demonstrating excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

You will need to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, accurate data inputting skills and an enthusiastic approach. Previous NHS experience is desirable however not essential.

The Integrated Community Response Service aims to prevent hospital admission and supports early discharge of patients following acute admission. We are a dynamic team comprising of doctors, nurses, therapists, support staff, social worker, handyman and business support, which functions seven days a week, 365 days a year. You will be expected to participate in a rota covering the service hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

Prioritise and respond to enquiries and correspondence via telephone and email using own initiative

Work alongside the team’s daily clinical co-ordinator to manage the team caseload and demand, action new referrals in the appropriate timescale, monitor discharges from hospital and manage the team email account

Maintain the team SystmOne caseload information in real time. Ensure all referrals are entered correctly to support data collection and reporting

Responsible for stock checking and ordering

Organise room bookings, meetings and courses as required

Support the smooth day to day running of the office ensuring the environment is safe, tidy, and well organised and follows the trust clear desk policy. All office related issues should be reported to estates/ IT in a timely manner.

We are looking for a CAMHS Specialist Mental Health Practitioner with CBT skills and training to join a highly-regarded MHST in Hounslow.

It is essential you hold a relevant clinical qualification and have previous experience of working in a CAMHS team. The role involves carrying out assessments and holding your own caseload for individual and group interventions; training and consulting to education colleagues, and support for parents/carers. You will be supported to maintain your professional registration and will have access to support/supervision from colleagues from within your discipline.

Experience of working in education would be a bonus.The post holders will offer supervision to Band 4 Trainee Education Wellbeing Practitioners and successful candidates will be supported to attend the CYP IAPT PG Cert training in supervising low intensity interventions where necessary.

This role offers you the chance to make a difference in young lives, and as such includes both clinical and supervisory duties.

The main focus is to:

· Lead on and directly providing comprehensive assessment, risk management and interventions for children and young people experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties.

· Offer one to one and group interventions

· Offer Clinical Supervision to team members including Band 4 Education Mental Health Practitioner trainees

· Work with school staff and cultures to develop school environments that are more conducive to supporting better emotional health and wellbeing.

· Work with parents/carers to raise awareness of the mental and emotional wellbeing needs of children and young people and strategies to protect and promote these
