• A demonstrable record of accomplishment of building and launching successful products that use terabytes of data

• 5+ years of data pipeline engineering experience, and/or deep database engineering experience

• Ability to analyze technical requirements and design new architectures, data models and ETL strategies

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based relational and non-relational databases

• Deliver work products that meet specifications, are free of defects, with excellent performance

• Define Architecture and Development best practices

• Facilitate discussions among developers to exchange ideas and introduce innovative technologies

This position offers a base salary range of $110,000 - $199,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.

Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, SRE to join our dynamic team.   • Deep understanding of site reliability engineering principles, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible, and configuration management systems.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, demonstrated through experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about complex technical challenges.
