As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll need to have both the experience and skills to navigate our complex state of the art facilities whilst also maintaining our older estates, which come with challenges of their own. Communication

Key Responsibilities:

Communication
• Respond to complaints and concerns from the public regarding services or equipment maintenance. Provide a response which is empathetic in relation to the issues involved.

Reviewing/audit
