What's on offer?
- Full-time permanent position
- Working 5 days over 7 (including weekends)
Working as a Maintenance Engineer you will be a central member of the engineering team, helping to coordinate the full range of maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment is maintained, and producing the quality of work required.
- With your day-to-day duties including:
- Undertake reactive and planned maintenance
- Running of the PPM system
- Organising installations
- Upkeep of spare stock and the ordering of spare parts
- Managing on-site contractors
- Responding to breakdowns
- Keeping all records up-to-date and management informed
- Ensure all H&S standards are maintained on-site
To be successful within this Maintenance Engineer position you will have proven experience in a maintenance or similar environment. With an understanding of electrical systems, engineering maintenance systems with a mechanical bias.
Other skills, traits and experience that may prove beneficial include:
- The ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Able to adapt to a flexible working pattern
- Able to manage, plan and prioritise maintenance schedules for both short-term and long-term projects
